NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

•Customized pieces
•Anything marked as “Final sale”

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged). Refunds will be made for the original price paid for the item, excluding any shipping fees.

Items must be:

•Unused & in their original condition as it was received
•Returned in original packaging
•Free from damage (unless it arrived damaged)

EXCHANGES

If your piece arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund.

If you are otherwise unhappy with your non-customized piece and would like to exchange it for something else, we are happy to arrange that, too!

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We’ll work with you to fix any errors made on our end. Thank you for supporting a small business!
