How do I clean my suncatcher?

Wipe clean with a damp cloth or microfiber towel. Do not submerge in water.

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes! I personally design and make every piece by hand. I only use materials that are of high quality and made to last. I carefully think about how each piece is designed and how it may fit into your daily rituals. Because of the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations may occur – like color or design. But these small details are part of what makes every piece unique.

Do you offer custom pieces?

At this time, custom orders are limited to what’s available on the website. If you’re looking for something extra special that’s not currently shown on the website, please feel free to reach out — I’d love to hear what you have in mind.

Can I find your pieces in-stores?

Not currently. We’re only offering our pieces online at this time, but may consider a retail partnership or local market in the future.

How should I hang my suncatcher?
I recommend finding a window that will catch a lot of sunlight and hang it with a clear 3M Command hook for the best effect. 3M Command also has an option with a wire toggle hook that will allow you to hang your suncatcher under a shelf. If you want to take the guesswork out of it, you can always add-on a clear hook with your suncatcher at check-out. You can always hang it on a tabletop ornament hanger if you prefer not hanging it in a window.

I do not recommend hanging your suncatcher with a suction cup, as those can tend to lose suction after time, which may cause your suncatcher to fall and break.

What types of materials do you use?

All materials used in each piece will be listed on that product’s page.

Beads: Most beads are made of crystal glass. Some beads don’t allow for this material, like metal charms. In those cases, common metals, like stainless steel, plated brass, zinc alloy, etc. are used. Unless otherwise noted, plastic beads are never used.

Acrylic: This material is used in a number of ways to create unique dimension and character to a piece. It is cut with a diode laser.
